Event Setup & Production Assistant

PART-TIME • ON-CALL / EVENT-BASED

The Role

As part of our event team, you'll assist with bringing our candlelight installations to life. From preparing and arranging candle displays to assisting with breakdown and collection, you'll play a hands-on role in creating memorable event experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with candlelight setup, styling, and placement at event venues.

  • Carefully load, unload, transport, and handle rental inventory.

  • Support event breakdown, collection, and packing.

  • Work alongside our team to ensure installations are completed efficiently and on schedule.

  • Maintain a professional and friendly presence when interacting with venue staff, planners, and clients.

  • Help maintain the quality, cleanliness, and organization of our inventory.

Who We're Looking For

  • Detail-oriented with a strong eye for presentation.

  • Dependable, punctual, and responsible.

  • Friendly, personable, and comfortable working with others.

  • Able to work efficiently in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments.

  • Previous experience in events, hospitality, retail, or similar team-based environments is a plus.

  • Comfortable with physical work, including standing, moving equipment, and lifting rental items.

  • Reliable transportation to event locations or designated meeting points.

  • Comfortable driving a company-provided cargo van is a plus, but not required.

  • Weekend availability, including evenings and occasional late-night breakdowns.

Schedule & Compensation

This is a flexible, event-based position ideal for individuals seeking supplemental income or experience in the wedding and events industry.

Our team members are contacted as upcoming event opportunities become available, with the flexibility to accept shifts based on their availability.

Flat-rate compensation for each scheduled event.
